Are we regulated?

We are members of DEMSA (Debt Managers Standards Association) an organisation founded to monitor and maintain high standards and to promote good practice within the debt management industry.

This means our quality of our service doesn’t simply meet but exceeds the minimum industry standards set by by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

We are also authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in respect of mortgage and general insurance contracts. The FSA are an independent agency set up by the Government under the Financial Services Act and are responsible for regulating financial services in the UK.
